Fraudulent Recruitment Agencies know that South Africa is still struggling with a massive employment shortage. Based on this fact they make empty promises usually accompanied by insisting money to be paid upfront for their services. Legitimate Recruitment Agencies are paid by the hiring Company and not by Candidates that is placed.
When researching Recruitment Agencies be ready to ask them allot of questions as to enquire whether they are capable in assisting you in landing that dream job. Be “picky” and don’t settle for second best!
